The ICT Observatory has been created to address the dual functions of collection and dissemination of industry data from licensed operators, aggregate data from sector stakeholders, and specialised data from in-house surveying, in order to monitor the continuous developments taking place within the digital economy.
This unit enables the Authority to supplement sustainable policy formulation, and to contribute significantly to various information papers, industry reports, consultation documents, as well as in various international forums, based on the analysis of first hand industry data.
