TENDER FOR THE SALE OF VEHICLES - Ref: SV/05-09/1


The ICT Authority is inviting tenders for the sale of each of the following vehicles on an ‘as is where is basis’.

These vehicles may be viewed during office hours on weekdays by contacting the Procurement Officer on 211-5333.

Tenders in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chairman, Tender Committee, Sale of Cars, and clearly marked on the top left hand corner with “Ref: SV/05-09/1” should be deposited in the Tender Box located near the Reception, Level 12, The Celicourt, 6, Sir Celicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis, not later than 12 June 2009 at 15.00hrs.  Tenders received after the specified closing date and time will not be accepted.

All offers must be accompanied by a security deposit representing 10% of the tendered sum for each vehicle in the form of a Bank Cheque drawn in favour of ‘ICT Authority’. Tenders not so secured will be rejected.

The ICT Authority reserves the right to accept, split or reject any offer and also to cancel the tender exercise at any time prior to an award being made without incurring any liability to the bidder(s) on the ground of its action.
