INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AUTHORITY  

APPLICATIONS UNDER SECTION 24 OF ICT ACT 2001 (AS AMENDED)

The Information and Communication Technologies Authority hereby gives public notice, in accordance with Section 24 of the Information and Communication Technologies Act 2001 (as amended), that it has received an application for Dealer’s Licence from Premier Marketing Ltd.

In its application, Premier Marketing Ltd has signified its intention to order QURAN mobile phone from China under ENMAC brand, to be commercialised in Mauritius.

Any interested person who wishes to object to the said applications may do so in writing, to the Executive Director of the ICT Authority, at the undermentioned address within 14 days of the present publication:
