INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AUTHORITY

 DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION 31 OF THE ICT ACT 2001 (AS AMENDED)

The Information and Communication Technologies Authority hereby gives public notification, in accordance with Section 31(3)(b) of the Information and Communication Technologies Act 2001 (as amended), in respect of determinations on applications for tariffs as set out hereunder:-

* The Authority has determined that PLMN Operators must apply a minimum reduction of 87 cents per minute to their tariffs for the mobile to fixed call category

Particulars of the above approved tariffs are available for consultation at seat of the ICT Authority.
