Licences:

(a) Postal Service Licence
To establish and operate a postal service offered to the public

(b) Courier Service Licence
To establish and operate a courier service offered to the public

Fees:

The fees payable to operate a Courier Service Licence are:

(a) On Application: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable)
(b) Annual licence fee: Rs 400,000, payable in quarterly intervals of Rs 100,000 per quarter.
