This is the ICT Authority’s online system set up in line with provisions of the ICT Act 2001 (as amended) to address consumer matters. Within this system it is possible for a consumer to:

  • Register by creating an account on the system
  • Submit a complaint about information and communication services
  • Send a query pertaining to ICTs
  • Create a ticket or reference for each complaint or query
  • Upload documents if required to support your complaint or query
  • Receive an acknowledgement
  • Receive a reply
  • Receive guidance regarding the complaint or query
  • View the status of your complaint/query on your personal dashboard
