The ICT Authority adopts the use of Electronic Signature

The ICT Authority is now signing documents electronically.

As such correspondence, licences and certificates which the Authority issues will be signed electronically. This measure is applicable to current licence holders, new applicants, stakeholders and the public.

Whenever correspondence or applications are sent to the Authority, the sender must clearly indicate the preferred electronic mailbox which the Authority is to use for sending electronically signed documents. Email addresses must therefore be clearly provided.

This latest measure complements practices adopted during 2020 when electronic signatures have been increasingly used to sign documents.
