The orientation of the work of the ICT Authority is decided by a board appointed by government. The Board of the ICTA comprises a Chairperson appointed by the Prime Minister, after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition; the Secretary for Home Affairs or his representative; a representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of finance; a representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of information technology, communication and innovation; a representative of the Attorney-General Office; and 4 other members, to be appointed by the Minister.

The Board members are appointed by government.
