ICT Authority adopts safe operations measures in preparation for end of lockdown

 

With the approach of the end of the lockdown, the ICT Authority wishes to reassure stakeholders that it is putting in place measures to ensure, as far possible, the safety of staff and the public within its premises.

As such the Authority will adopt, a contactless approach to deliver its services.

Visitors will only be allowed access into the premises of the Authority upon appointment.

The Authority will favour video conferencing for meetings.

Should the need, however, still arise for the public to visit the Authority in person, a request for an appointment must be made by email to info@icta.mu or by calling 211 5333, at least 1 day ahead.

The Authority will assess the request and appointments will be confirmed in writing.

In the interest of safety, visitors will be required to abide by the Staying Safe and Social Distancing procedures prevailing at the Authority.

Visitors will be required to wear masks and gloves, to bring along their National Identity Card and to practice social distancing.

Payments and outstanding dues shall be paid by bank transfer only. The banking details of the Authority are as follows:
